I <br /> �/ O <br /> / � � ' <br /> �O O \ <br /> ��� ��,d._- ;� C ITY of OR4N0 <br /> , ,� ,.,1, <br /> '\,\� � ,' <br /> \\� �j RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��gES� N O. �' ' � <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCES <br /> TO MUNICIPAI, ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 10.23, SUBDIVISION 6(B) <br /> FILE NO. #2397 <br /> WHEREAS, Joe Lucas and Leslee Lucas (hereinafter "the applicants") are <br /> o��-ners of the property located at 1060 North Brown Road within the City of Orono <br /> (hereinai:er "the City") and legally described as follows: <br /> The North 200 feet of the South 1,752.04 feet of the West 430 feet of the <br /> Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 118, Range 23, Hennepin County, <br /> �linnesota (hereinafter "property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on July 20, 1998, at which tunes all persons desiring to <br /> be heard conceming this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City for a variance to Municipal <br /> Zoning Code Section 10.23, Subdivision 6(B) to permit the construction of an addition to the <br /> principal structure located 9 feet from the side lot line where 30 feet is requued. <br /> l�TOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> l. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2397. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-lA One Family Lakeshore Residential Zoning <br /> District. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on July 20, 1998 and <br /> recommended approval on a vote of 6 to 0 for a variance based upon the <br /> following findin�s: <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
