To answer the question I pulled the master file for your <br /> property. I noticed that your property has city sewer available to it and a deadline of December <br /> 31, 2007 for connecting to it. <br /> Willie Gibbs, septic inspector, indicates that a permit to hook up to sewer must be issued before <br /> or simultaneously with the permit for the garage. This requirement comes from DNR Shoreland <br /> regulations as your property is within a shoreland district and has sewer available. The sewer <br /> connection must be done by a licensed contractor and the Sewer Availability Charge (SAC) must <br /> be paid before the permit can be issued.
