The assignment of <br />separate PIDs does not reflect the creation of separate legal parcels. <br />Accordingly, the portion of Lot 12 located within Orono is not a separate lot of record, cannot be independently <br />conveyed, and does not constitute a distinct legal parcel. The property remains a single lot of record: Lot 12, <br />Block 1, Townsite of Langdon Park. <br />
