The plan proposes to <br />construct a new home. We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters: <br />x A swale should be graded along the west property line. This swale should extend north and south <br />to the extent possible, such that as much runoff as possible is contained on the subject property. <br />x It does not appear that the grading in 0-75’ setback is necessary to the extent shown on the plans. <br />Grading in this area should be limited to the area near the retaining wall. <br />x The proposed/existing 938 contour line near the west retaining wall does not match the proposed <br />wall elevations or spot elevations.
