The two parcels should be legally combined prior to the issuance of a building permit for the <br />proposed home. <br />2. All proposed patio areas should be clarified prior to City Council review and, if elevated, <br />should be located behind the average lakeshore setback line so as not to result in a further <br />setback encroachment. <br /> <br /> <br />VOTE: 3 FOR 3 AGAINST <br />Applicant’s next meeting is scheduled as: Monday, October 12, 2015 <br />This is a City Council meeting.
