Below is a <br />list of items the City of Orono is requesting to complete our review: <br />✓ Two (2) original scaled copies of the certificate of survey, as well as a reduced (11'x17' or smaller), or <br />digital copy indicating the following: <br />O the OHWL of Lake Minnetonka, <br />0 100-year floodplain elevation, <br />o the existing improvements, <br />o all existing and/or proposed hardcover, <br />o the average Lakeshore setback, and <br />o Existing topographic contours extending 50' past the property boundaries. <br />✓ The existing and proposed lot areas of both properties shall be calculated by the surveyor. <br />✓ All existing and proposed hardcover shall be calculated on the hardcover worksheets that are <br />enclosed. The hardcover calculations must be completed by your surveyor. <br />✓ Certified Property Owners List —owners within 350' from both the subject properties, labels and plat <br />map. List, labels and map may be obtained from Hennepin County Department of Finance, <br />Government Center, A-603 300 South 6th Street, Minneapolis, telephone 612.348.5910. <br />Application #14-3676 is incomplete. If you wish to proceed with your application please submit the items <br />requested above by July 3, 2014 in order to remain on the July 21, 2014 Planning Commission agenda.
