I .D. 20-117-23 12 0007 <br /> 20-117-23 12 0027 <br /> 20-117-23 12 �028 � <br /> � 20-117-23 12 G�041 <br /> : 20-117-23 12 0�42 <br /> 20-117-23 12 f�f�43; and <br /> WHEREAS , said petition is signed by three owners of property <br /> affected thereby, which three owners constitute 1p0� of the affect.ed _ <br /> homeowners and 1�PJ$ of the affected property; and <br /> WHEREAS, th� area in which sewer . service is proposed is <br /> within the Metropolitan Urban Service Area and is identified in the , <br /> Comprehensive Sewer Policy Plan as an unsewered pocket of existing <br /> development for which the City has planned future sewer service. <br /> . NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City � <br /> of Orono, Minnesota : <br /> l. The above mentioned petition is herebydeclared to be signed <br /> by more than 35� of the owners of �property affected thereby. <br /> This declaration is made in conformity with Minnesota <br /> statutes., Section 429.035. <br /> 2. The above mentioned petition is hereby referred to the City <br /> � Engineer and he is instructed to report to th� Council with <br /> all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary <br /> way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and <br /> as to whether it should be best be made as a separate project <br /> � ? or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br /> estimated cost of the improvement as recommended . <br />
