Copies of the Hold Harmless Agreement and <br />Covenant Not To Sue have also been sent to Whitney MacMillan and David MacMillan. <br />The City Attorney has asked that you as applicant execute a Hold Harmless Agreement releasing <br />City from any liabilities associated with the failure of your antenna/tower structure. <br />Your application will be presented before the Council at their July 25, 1994 meeting. Please <br />note that meeting starts at 7:30 p.m. The enclosed approval resolution will be presented for <br />Council's review and formal action at that meeting.
