This letter is to notify you of City zoning requirements for radio <br />antennas. Antennas are considered to be accessory structures and cannot be more than 30 feet <br />high and no higher than the principal structure (house). You may apply for a conditional use <br />permit which, if granted, would allow an antenna structure up to 65 feet high, set back from any <br />property line a distance at least equal to the total height of the antenna structure. Enclosed is <br />a conditional use permit application.
