SUBDIVISION 9 (F) FILE NO. 02-2779 WHEREAS, Jerad Hahn and Leslie Hahn, husband and wife, (hereinafter "the applicants") are the owners of the property located at 809 Brown Road North within the City of Orono (hereinafter "the City") and legally described as follows: The South 354.75 feet of the East 990 feet, except the North 150 feet of the East 323 .4 feet thereof, of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 118North, Range23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the property"); and WHEREAS, the applicants have made application to the City of Orono to permit a "Plumbing in Accessory Structure -Conditional Use Permit" to allow a toilet and sink to be installed into an accessory structure. WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with Minnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning Commission held a public hearing on May 20, 2002, at which time all persons desiring to be heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota: FINDINGS 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #02-2779. 2. This property is located in the RR-1B Zoning District where 2 acre is the minimum required lot area. The property consists of appr~ximately 300,564 s.f. or 6.9 acres. 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on May 20, 2002 and recommended approval by a vote of7 to O of a conditional use permit for plumbing in an accessory structure to allow for a toilet and sink based on the following Page 1 of 5 Metro Legal Services Inc.
