Changes in approved plans are subject to further review by the City. Variance <br />approval expires one year after date of approval. A building permit application must be <br />submitted no later than April 11, 1995. <br />Please arrange to sign the 3 original resolution copies at the City Offices (Monday through <br />Friday, 8: 00 to 4: 30). All persons with an interest in the property must sign the resolutions. <br />The clerical staff has advised that the approval resolutions approving earlier conditional use <br />permit and variance applications have not been signed by applicant. Some of these <br />improvements have already been installed. Applicants are once again asked to sign off on the <br />resolutions kept at the Deputy Clerk's desk, Lin Vee. <br />lsv
