Your contractor has told you that he has been issued permits for <br />other steps without an engineering review. <br />In reviewing the file I was reminded that the project also included 40 cubic yards of grading to <br />create a wheelchair path, which required a conditional use permit. This is what triggered the <br />need for the City Engineer to review the plan. Enclosed are copies of his reviews.
