The pond slopes are now blanketed and the
road edges are blanketed or gravel so these areas are stable. The majority of the site is still no
stable. The caretaker believes that the contractor would have blanketed the entire site if he knew
that it all needed to be covered.
The perimeter control has been restored where it was down and inlet protection has been installed
by the lift station.
They simply need to cover the remaining exposed soil – either straw mulch, hydro mulch (bonded
fiber matrix or fiber reinforced matrix), or erosion control blanket.
The homeowner across the road, just north of the Pillsbury estate, is tracking quite a bit of sediment
on the road. I don’t know if they are doing permitted work or if it is a “private project” but I wanted
to let you know in case a follow up contact was appropriate.
Let me know if you have questions.

Mark L Perry
Wetland Specialist
Bolton & Menk, Inc.
2638 Shadow Lane
Suite 200
Chaska, MN 55318-1172
Phone: 952-448-8838 ext. 2741
Mobile: 612-756-3795
Bolton-Menk.com

______________________________________________________________________
This email has been scanned by the Symantec Email Security.cloud service.
For more information please visit http://www.symanteccloud.com
______________________________________________________________________
