Pillsbury and Eleanor ),, Pillsbury, his wife, in consideration of the SUM of One (BLOC)) Dollar, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby sell and convey .to Northwestern Bell Telephone Company, a eurporatio,., all of our right, title and interest in and to the find erground telephone cable and conduit now installed in the following described Promises in the Rearrangement of Orono Point in the Town of Orono, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, according to the map or plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said County, to -wit: Lots 3 and 4 (including adjoining 1/2 of Center Avenue vacated).- All of lots 5 and 6. That part of lots 9 and 10 and the accretions thereto lying Southerly and Easterly of the following described line: Commencing at a point in the center line of Center Avenue 588-95/100 ft. Northerly from the Northwesterly corner of lot 5, thence Southerly along said center line 5 ft., thence Southwesterly on a tangential curve to the right with a radius of 221 17/1-00 ft. a distance of 169_3 6/100 ft., thence Southwesterly tangent to said last described curve 5 ft., thence Southwesterly on a tangential curve to the right with a radius of 445 72/100 ft. a distance of 119 2 5/100 ft., thence Southwesterly tangent to said last described curve a distanCe of 107 3 /10 ft,, thence Westerly making an angle of 44�M 12' to the right 79 3/10 ft. to the shore of Lake Minnetonka and there terminating including adjoining part of Center Avenue vacated part of Border Avenue vacated and except part taken for opening Border Avenue. And we do hereby grant to said Northwestern Bell Telephone Company, its successors and assigns, the perpetual right to operate and maintain said underground cable and conduit.
