CONSENT TO PLAT Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, a national banking association, Mortgagee and holder of the following Mortgage: Amended and Restated Mortgage dated February 5, 2016, executed by James R. Jundt and Mary Joann Jundt, as Mortgagor, for the benefit of Mortgagee, and recorded in the Office of the County Recorder, Hennepin County, Minnesota on February 29, 2016, as Document No. A10290073, amended by that certain First Amendment to Amended and Restated Mortgage dated September 14, 2017, recorded in the Office of the County Recorder on December 11, 2017, as Document No. A10508569, and as amended by that certain Second Amendment to Amended and Restated Mortgage dated May 22, 2018, recorded in the Office of the County Recorder, Hennepin County, Minnesota on May 31, 2018, as Document No. A10557817.
