*0174 <br /> CITY OF ORONO <br /> Ay. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> NO. 7668 <br /> 'EsH0�-' <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DONATION <br /> WHEREAS, the city of Orono is authorized by Minn. Stat. 465.03 to accept donations of real <br /> and personal property for the benefit of its citizens and is specifically authorized to accept gifts; <br /> WHEREAS,Kari Snaza has offered to donate$750.00 to city of Orono for the purchase of a park <br /> bench to be installed at Susan Lurton Dog Park; and <br /> WHEREAS,the donation is for the benefit of its residents; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is appropriate to accept the donation. <br /> RESOLVED that the Orono City Council gratefully accepts the donation to be used by the city of <br /> Orono. <br /> FURTHER, staff will acknowledge receipt of the donation expressing appreciation. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held March 9, 2026. <br /> dip <br /> ATTEST: CITY OF ORONO <br /> A.. - <br /> �� ---v <br /> Christ.IMMiip City Clerk Bob Tunheim,Mayor <br />
