ili;iit. moo <br /> CITY OF ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> s���k ��c` NO. 7665 <br /> ESHO <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION <br /> WHEREAS,the city of Orono is authorized by Minn. Stat.465.03 to accept donations of property <br /> for the benefit of its people and is specifically authorized to accept gifts; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Gillespie Center has made a donation to the Orono Police Department; and <br /> WHEREAS,the value of this donation is $100.00; and <br /> WHEREAS,the donation has been donated to Orono for the benefit of its residents; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council finds that it is appropriate to accept the donation. <br /> RESOLVED that the Orono City Council gratefully accepts the donation of a$100.00. <br /> FURTHER, police department staff will acknowledge receipt of the donation and express <br /> appreciation to Gillespie Center. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held on February 23, 2026. <br /> ATTEST: CITY OF ORONO <br /> --&- _---- <br /> Chris ' usia City Clerk Bob Tunheim, Mayor <br />
