City Council adopted Resolution <br /> 1395 accepting the feasibil.ity_ .report and Resolution �#1396 calling for <br /> a public hearing on sueh improvement; and � � <br /> WHEREAS, ten day� published notice of the hearing through <br /> • two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the <br /> Hearing was held thereon on the 23rd day of August, .1982, at which <br /> time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be <br /> heard thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, the area in which trunk and lateral sewer service is <br /> • proposed is within the Metropolitan Urban Service Area and the area <br /> for which Northern Avenue later�l sewer serv.ice is proposed is identified I <br /> in the Comprehensive Sewer Policy Plan as an unse�wered pocket of <br /> existing development fo.� which the City has planned future sewer service; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Schlee Builder.' s Inc.��proposed Planned Residential <br /> Development subdivision� �of land located in'.the improvement area, for <br /> which public street and utility improvements are proposed as part of <br /> this project, has received preliminary . approval subject to certain <br /> conditions including installation, of said improvement as" set orth in <br /> Resolution #_��""� adopted on the �_ day of . � <br /> 1982. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono, pursuant to Chapter 429 of Mi�nesota Statutes, does • <br /> hereby order Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. , City <br /> Engineers, to prepare plans and specifications for the improvement of <br /> Navarre area streets and. utilities., as follows: <br /> , 1) Construction of a sanitary sewer trunk line � <br /> from the intersection of Blaine Avenue and <br /> Lyri:c Avenue to lift station No. 5 at Togo <br /> Road and Shadywood Road. <br /> � . <br /> Page l of 2 <br />
