Statutes Sections 463. 15 to <br /> 463. 261 hereby finds that the above described Archer property is � <br /> unhabitable and contains unsanitary and hazardous conditions which <br /> constitute a p�blic nuisance and which makes this property hazardous <br /> to the public health and safety as follows: <br /> _� . <br /> _ , :'-�--; . <br /> , 1) Municipal sanitary sewer is provided for the property, <br /> and according to the records is not hooked up to sewer. <br /> 2) Existing well on property is not in operating order - <br /> a new well would be needed. <br /> ':���3) There is no running water inside the building and -,�' <br /> plumbing fixtures have been vandalized and broken. . <br /> 4) Chimney is in state of deterioration and dilipatitation. <br /> 5) Door 'and windows are broken and lett open. <br /> 6) Deck is in state �of deterioration and dilapitation. <br /> 7) Porch is in state of deterioration and dilapitatiori. <br /> 8) Complete structure is in a state of deterioration. <br /> 9) Orders to repair or remove structure were issued by <br /> the Building Official on June 16, 1982.
