! <br /> l Cit� of ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> • <br /> NO. 1322 <br /> � � � AUTHORIZING HENNEPIN COUNTY TO ADMINISTER <br /> � F <br /> ORONO'S CDBG HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM <br /> � WHEREAS, the City of Orono adopted Resolution #1305 approving <br /> a revised CDBG agreement with Hennepin County; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono wishes to have Hennepin County <br /> continue to administer the Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program within <br /> Orono; ak�d <br /> NOy?, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br /> . of Orono, Minnesota hereby adopted the "Procedural Guides Urban Hennepin <br /> County Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program, July, 1981" , as supplied <br /> by the Hennepin County Office of Planning and Development, for the <br /> purpose of providing housing rehabilitation grants to eligible homeawners <br /> within the City funded from the Urban Hennepin County Comrnunity Development <br /> Block Grant Program; <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br /> � Orono, Minnesota requests that Hennepin County, as the responsible <br /> Urban Hennepin County CDBG recipient, administer the T�ousing Rehabilitation <br /> Grant Program within the City as approved through and funded by the <br /> Urban Hennepin County CDBG program; <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono, Minnesota authorizes the use by Hennepin County of seven percent <br /> of the Urban Hennepin County CDBG entitlement amount approved for <br /> expendi�ure within the City for. the purpose of providing housing rehab- <br /> ilitation grants to reimburse the County for related administrative <br /> expenses effective July 2, 1981. <br /> Adogted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota <br /> at a regular meeting held the 28 day of September , 1981, <br /> by a vote of 3 ayes and �nays. <br /> �/ <br /> William .
