RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> t �: <br /> � `3' NO. �1307 <br /> ��; � - <br /> w��� <br /> � . , <br /> � � � ` A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT <br /> OF EDGEWOOD PLACE � <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br /> of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br /> a subdivision plat by Robert F. White, the subdivider; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivision has been approved as meeting a11 <br /> septic standards and the standards of the RR-1B zoning district finding <br /> that each lot is of a size and configuration that will allow its use <br /> as a single family residence to be located without the need of any <br /> setback variances; and . <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of <br /> • the platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> 1) Dedication on the plat of drainage and utilities <br /> easements. <br /> � <br /> , <br /> , 2) Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the � <br /> amount of $200. 00 . <br /> 3) Payment to the City for legal review and filing fees <br /> in the amount of $50. 00. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono hereby approves the plat of EDGEWOOD PLACE, Hennepin <br /> County, Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1) Lot 1 shall deed an easement for driveway and <br /> utilities purposes` in favor of Lot 2. <br /> 2) The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of <br /> Orono with the Hennepin County Recorder` s Office. <br /> Adopted by the Orono City Council this 24thda of August - , _ <br /> 1981. ` - , <br /> 1 Wil iam B.
