,� <br /> Cit� o� ORONO <br /> � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> • No. l�/`� <br /> . - . . <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A METES AND <br /> BOUNDS SUBDIVISION FOR 4•1ILLIAM FIELDING <br /> WHEREAS , the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br /> and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br /> of land within the City; and <br /> WHE REAS , the City Council has considered the application for a � <br /> subdivision by 4dilliam G. Fielding, the subdivider; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council o` the <br /> City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division for William <br /> G. Fielding according to the legal descriptions shown on the Certificate <br /> of Survey by Egan, Field & Nowak, Inc . , dated June 1g, 1980, (Exhibit A) , <br /> � subject to the following conditions : <br /> l. Parcel B as described on Exhibit A sha11 be legally <br /> combined for tax purposes with Parcel 36-118-23 11 0005 , <br /> which together shall be thereafter considered as one <br /> building site . <br /> 2 . Parcel A as described on Exhibit A shall remain as <br /> an undeveloped 3 . 4 acre site subject to current zoning <br /> code requirements . � <br /> 3 .
