�: � .:� c�t o� oR,oNo • � �' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL � � N0. 1209 � � � � A RESO�.u�1_uI� APFROl?iP�G THE 1980 TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 1981 BE IT RESOLVED by the Cit� Council of the City of Orono, County of Hennepin, Minnesota, that the following sums of money be levied for the current year, collectible in 1981 upon taxable property in the City of Orono, for the following purpose : For all funds except Debt Redemption and Special Levies $,730,339. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Improvement Debt Redemptior. Fund Lev}� of $1,800 for 1981 adopted October 9, 1972 by Resolution ��465 is neceesary and should be collected. BE IT FUk'I'HER RESOLVED that the Improvement Debt Redemption Fund Levy of $25,900 for 1981 adopted by Resolution �k556 on September 10, 1974 and amended by Resolution ��/aG�on September ?9, 1980 is necessary and should be collected. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a Special Levy of $4,417 is nece:sary and should be collected for the bonded indebtedness portion of paynents to be made to other political subdivisions. � BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a Special Levy of $1,608 is necessary and should be collected for the unfunded accrued liability of the public pension fund. BE IT F'URTHER RESOLVED that a Special Levy of $29,291 is necessary and should be collected for shade tree disease control. BE IT F'[JRTHER RESOLVED that a Special Levy of 515, 514 is necessary and should be collected for the increased costs of liability insurance . The City Administrator is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy of the resolution to the County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minne�ota.
