� Clt o� ORONO <br /> • � <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> • NO. 1204 <br /> � ° • • <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR A 4" WELL, PUMP <br /> AND PRESSURE SYSTEM AT BEDERWOOD PARK <br /> WHEREAS , it has been determined tha� there is a need for <br /> water supply at Bederwood Park in the City of Orono, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Orono City Council has directed the city <br /> engineer to prepare plans and specifications for a 4" well, pump, <br /> and pressure system to supply potable drinking water at Bederwood <br /> Park and, ' <br /> WHEREAS , the Orono City Council approved the plans and <br /> specifications for a 4" well, pump, and pressure system at a regular <br /> council meeting on September 15 , 1980. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Orono City Council <br /> • does authorize the City Administrator to advertise for sealed bids for <br /> the installation of a 4" well, pump, and pressure system at Bederwood <br /> Park in the City of Orono. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a <br /> regular meeting held September 15, 1980. <br /> � � 1 <br /> Wi liam B.
