� <br /> RESOLUTION # 1203 <br /> A RESOLUTION AGREEING TO DISSOLUTION OF THE <br /> WEST HENNEPIN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> WHEREAS, the West Hennepin Assessment District has <br /> provided assessing services for the communities of Orono, Spring <br /> Park, Minnetrista, and Minnetonka Beach since 1971, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Cities of Spring Park and Minnetonka Beach <br /> have adopted resolutions indicating their desire to dissolve the <br /> District September 30 , 1980 , and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Minnetrista is also considering <br /> withdrawal and determined that dissolution of the District appears <br /> to be the most feasible alternative . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> � CITY OF ORONO hereby agrees to dissolve the West Hennepin Assessment <br /> District effective September 30 , 1980 . <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a <br /> regular meeting held September 15 , 1980 . <br /> � � � ��� <br /> William B.
