� � � c�t o� oR,oNo <br /> � <br /> � <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � 120i <br /> NO. <br /> • • • A RESOLliTIO?�� ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br /> LS-1980-1 & LS-1980-2 <br /> WHEkEAS , pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the <br /> construction of the sewer project of Minnetonka Bluffs, West <br /> Ferndale , Orono Lane , and County Road �r15 area (80-1) and Scotch <br /> Pine Lane, North Shore Drive (80-2) , several diiferent bids were <br /> received, opened and tabulated according to law, and <br /> h�HEkEAS, the City Council presently intends to proceed <br /> with the construction of the improvement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF ORONO, MINNESOT�: <br /> l . Th` City will proceed with the construction of the <br /> above improver�ent, but subject to the City Council ' s option to <br /> cancel all or any part of the project on or before October 8 , <br /> �!980 . The City Administrator , Engineer , and Attorney are directec <br /> � �o conclude the analysis of which contractor is the lowest <br /> responsible bidder and report their findings to the City Council . <br /> 2 .
