City of OR ONO <br />RESOLUTION Of THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />2303 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A MRTES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION <br />OF A LOT LIVE REARRANGEMB f <br />FOR JOHN LEHMEYER AND ROSE MADDEN <br />APPLICATION NO. 1203 <br />WHEREAS, City of Orono is a municipal corporation organised <br />and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City <br />Council") has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and <br />safe development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a <br />subdivision by Rose Madden and John Lehmeyer (hereinafter "the applicants") <br />of properties legally described as follows: <br />(John Lehmeyer) Lots 2, 3, & 4, Block 6, "BAYSIDE ADDITION TO LAKE <br />MINNETONKA", Hennepin County, Minnesota; and <br />(Rose Madden) Dots 5, 6, 7, & 8, Block 6, "BAYSIDE ADDITION TO LAKE <br />MINNETONKA", Hennepin County, Minnesota, (hereinafter "the property"); <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the <br />City for a metes and bounds subdivision for division and combination <br />purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line <br />rearrangement for Rose Madden and John Lehmeyer as shown on a certificate <br />of survey by Phillip A. Nelson dated August 27, 1987, revised October 28, <br />1987 and attached to this resolution as Exhibit A, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Upon approval of the subdivision by the City Council of Orono, the <br />owner of Parcel A, as described in the certificate of survey <br />referenced above, must apply to the City for legal combination for tax <br />purposes with Parcel B, as described in that same survey. , <br />2. The aforesaid division as shown on the attached Aficate of <br />survey shall be filed by the City of Orono with the )in County <br />Recorder's office on or before May 23, 1988 together certified <br />original copy of this resolution. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the <br />division has not been f i led by the date specif ied above. In that event, it <br />will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono for <br />subdivision review. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
