sir <br />RESOLUTION NO. 820 , <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING LEVERING'S WOODHAVEN <br />W-1EREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and <br />existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br />regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the <br />City; and <br />Wf-IEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision <br />plat for Levering's Woodhaven by William D. Levering; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT.RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono <br />hereby approves the plat for Levering's Woodhaven, Hennepin County, Minnesota; <br />subject to the following: <br />1. Receipt.of the Park Dedication Fee in the amount of <br />$1,750.00. <br />2. All necessary easements. <br />3. If Lot 6 is divided in the future, the subdivision would <br />41 be required to meet all the necessary requirements. <br />4. Title opinion addressed to the City. <br />This resolution will expire on March 1, 1978, if the aforesaid subdivision <br />plat has not been filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office.
