RESOLUTION # 803 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE CITY TREASURER <br />AS APPLICANT FOR REIMBURSEMENT FUNDS UNDER <br />THE STATE OF MINNESOTA PEACE OFFICER TRAINING BOARD <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota Peace Officer Training <br />Board has certain funds available for the purpose of reimbursing <br />a portion of the costs. incurred by the City with regard to the <br />eight week Basic Police Science course which all police officers <br />must complete, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono must designate an:official <br />as the applicant for the reimbursement funds; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer <br />be designated as the applicant for the reimbursement funds. <br />Adopted by the City'Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota at a regular meeting held July 11, 1977. <br />Attest: <br />0 <br />William B.
