Antoine <br />Dear Mr. Scheller: <br />Please find enclosed herewith the application for the <br />subdivision of Lot 26, and the South 50 feet of Lot 27, <br />Coffee Addition, to Shadywood, Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br />Attached to the application is a survey setting forth the <br />proposed subdivision. It is proposed that two separate <br />direct and legal lots be created and that the Northerly 38 <br />feet of Lot 27 be a separate parcel. You will note that the <br />aforementioned is described as Parcel 1, 2, and 3 on the <br />enclosed survey. The sole purpose of having Parcel 3 be <br />less than legal size is that there are at least two Prospect <br />purchasers who ar-e__sic-s-irous of buvincf this small parcel of <br />land which contains at -the present e a lar a aarggft and horse <br />kala. The garage and barn would serve no useful purpose <br />whatsoever for subsequent purchasers to Parcel 1 and 2. <br />I believe you will find this a reasonable and logical <br />division and respectfully request your immediate attention in <br />processing of same.
