1 <br />(Resolution #326, continued) <br />2 That the Hennepin.County Board of Commissioners and the Hennepin <br />County Highway Department undertake the development of plans in <br />conjuction with the affected municipalities which will include the <br />construction df a high-speed multiple land highway going west to <br />Hal -'stead's Bay and Dutch Lake, making Highway #7.and Highway #12 to <br />serve as a circumference highway. <br />3.
