RESOLUTION #321 <br />A'RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF CIGARETTE LICENSES FOR 1970 <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 62 of the Municipal Code provides for the licensing of <br />those persons•engaged in the retail sale of cigarettes and other tobacco <br />products and establishes a fee for the license. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor -and Clerk be authorized to <br />issue licenses in 1970 to the following persons for sale of cigarettes <br />and tobacco products at the locations indicated below: <br />Quist -Lake Distributing, <br />tr tt n <br />Tonka Vending Company <br />It It rt <br />It it it <br />it n tr <br />It it n <br />rt It It <br />tt it It <br />Richard M.
