Ross, ayor <br />Attest: o�, <br />Ralp artzn, Cler -A minlstrator <br />RESOLUTION #313 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLANS <br />AND ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT,,m69SL-1 <br />WHEREAS a public hearing on the matter of providing residential street <br />lighting in the Ivy Place area of Casco Point has been held, and <br />WHEREAS the Village of Orono has a contract with Northern States <br />Power Company for the provision of such service. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br />the Village of Orono, Minnesota, that the Preliminary and Final <br />Plans authorizing a three -unit installation are hereby approved, and <br />THAT the Improvement 69SL-1 is hereby ordered and the Engineer and , <br />Administrator of the Village are authorized and directed to proceed <br />with the Improvement. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at <br />a regular meeting held November 24, 1969. <br />R.
