This application was reviewed as Zoning File 01561. <br />2. The .,7perty is located in the LF. -1C Single Fam.. y <br />Lakeshore Residertial Zoning District requiring 1/2 acre in <br />area. The property consists of 30,540 s.f. . or .7 acres. <br />3.
