Haru�aford & Elizabeth A. The property is located in the LR-lA, ZoninQ District ���hich requires a minimtun <br /> lot area of 2.0 acres and a minimum lot width of 200'. <br /> 3. The Plannin� Commission reviewed this application at a public hearin� held on <br /> August 21, 2006 and re.commended conditional approval of variances for <br /> replacement of the deck and rear stoop. <br /> �.
