Since that Inspection I have been inforiaed <br />that the installation is about 5* from the well which does not <br />neet code requirements. <br />I am writing this letter to Inform you that corrective <br />action must be taken to correct this matter. I have spoken to <br />Pat Sullivan of Sullivan Services and he has agreed to move the <br />line, but says that inside plumbing is needed inside the house. <br />This matter must be corrected within 14 days as it is a matter of <br />preserving the health, safety, and welfare of the public. <br />If you have any questions on the matter, please feel free to <br />call me at my office. <br />Sincerely, <br />Thomas J.
