If you proposed a crop farm of 10 <br />acres or more, a conditional use permit would be required of you. <br />In addition, you advised that if you were lucky enough to <br />achieve a crop with a surplus, that these vegetables would be <br />brought to another site for .;ale. As long as you do not operate <br />a commercial/retail operation at your residential property, and <br />you maintain merely one acre for the planting of vegetables, I <br />find nothing in your operation th?t would suggest a violation of <br />the municipal code. <br />Please contact my office if you wish any further <br />clarification or if you have any further questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />Jeanne !`.
