Call for'inspections 24 hours in advance. <br />NOTICB TO GENERAL CONTRACTORS; Primary and alternate drainfield sites MOST be protected <br />prior to and after system installation to avoid compaction of the natural soil. <br />ALL DRAINFIELD AREAS MUST BE FENCED OFF prior to building site excavation and fencing must <br />remain in place until final site grading. Approval to pour footings will not be granted <br />until the Inspections Department has verified that primary and alternate sites are <br />adequately protected. <br />HO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC OF ART KIND (carSr truckSr earth moving equipment^ etc.) is allowed <br />within 20* of tested drainfield sites either before or after system construction. This <br />applies to the lot you are working on and all adjacent lots. You could be held liable for <br />damaging sites on neighboring lots. <br />VEHICULAR TRAFFIC CAR CAUSE SOIL COMPACTION, RENDERING DRAINFIELD SITES UNUSABLE. <br />Evidence of traffic on drainfield sites may be cause for revocation of building permits. <br />Damaged alternate sites must be replaced before a Certificate of Occupancy will be issued. <br />Date Approveroved of Orono)
