Diann Goetten, Ccunciimembers Gabriel <br />Jabbour, Mary Butler and Edward Callahan. Mayor Barbara Peterson <br />was absent, the following represented the City staff: City <br />AdminIstrator Ren Moorse, Public Works Director John Gerhardson, <br />Building & Zoning AdminIstrator Jeanne Mabusth. Assistant Planning <br />and Zoning Administrator Michael Gaffron, City Attorney Kevin <br />Staunton, City Engineer Glenn Cook, Assistant Chief of Police Gary <br />Cheswtek, and City Recorder Teri Naab. Acting Mayor Goetten called <br />the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. <br />(S1 I CONSENT AGENDA <br />Butler added Items S3, 4, 5 and 7 and removed Items tl3 and 14. <br />Goetten removed Item #22. <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Callahan, to approve the <br />Content Agenda as amended. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />Notions for all items adopted by consent agenda will be included <br />in the minutes in their respective numerical order. <br />(*«2) APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />It was moved by Butler, secor'^ej by Callahan, to approve the <br />minutes of the regular Council meetings held on July 13, 1992. Ayes <br />4, nays 0. <br />LMCO JOL? Ll'N <URR REPRESENTATIVE <br />Hurr asked If any of the Council Members planned to attend the <br />Public Officials’ Boat Tour on Saturday. <br />Hurr asked that a copy of the court settlement regarding North <br />Shore Drive Marina be submitted to the LMCD. She stated she has a <br />copy of the styrofoam ordinance. She noted that the LMCO ’ ;i <br />concerned with more than just styrofoam docks. <br />Jabbour noted he is expecting more scientific data on the subject <br />And will pass it along to the LMCO. <br />i^urr noted that the Environment Committee was granted a one <br />"Xtension to respond on the Highway 12 issue.
