• <br /> RESOLUTION #723 <br /> A RESOLUTION TO EXTEND THE EXPIRATION FOR FILING <br /> DATE FOR THE ULA4ER ESTATES PLAT <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono, <br /> Minnesota, at a regular meeting held November 8, 1976 , <br /> approved an extension of the expiration for filing date <br /> for the Ulmer Estates Plat from October 12, 1976 to January l, <br /> 1977. <br /> This resolution will expire on January 1, 1977, <br /> if the aforesaid subdivision plat has not been filed with the <br /> Hennepin County Register of Deeds.
