. <br /> RESOLUTIOPd # 721 <br /> A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A <br /> PARK D2EMORIAL FUND TRANSFER <br /> WHEREAS, a Z"iemorial Fund was established in May of <br /> 1973 by Mrs. Charles Elliott to benefit the Navarre area parks, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the monies for the �%�emorial Fund were deposited <br /> by members of the Orono Park Commission in a savings account at <br /> the First PJational Bank of Pdavarre. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the monies in the <br /> r2emorial Fund Savings Account be transferred to the Al1 Funds <br /> Checking Account of the City of Orono and be credited to the <br /> Park Fund. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the monies from the Plemorial <br /> Fund be expended as stipulated for the Navarre area parks. <br /> � Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a <br /> regular meeting held October 25, 1976. <br /> � <br /> J ��»�zG�-�-�>> <br /> Robert L.
