` r ' RESOLUTION N0. 717 A RESOLUTION APPROVING TI-� FARVIEIN PLAT � R'I-IEREAS, the City of Orono is a rrnmicipal corporation organized and existin� under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and WI-IEREAS, the City Cotmcil of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, econamic and safe development of land within the City; and WI-�REAS, the City Cotm cil has considered the application for a subdivision plat for Farview; NOW, TI-�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Orono hereby approves the plat for Farview, Hennepin Coi.uity, Minnesota, subject to the follawing conditions: l, Execution of the agreement for furnishing improvements as condition to acceptance of subdivision plat of Farview. 2. Payment of all park dedication fees. 3. Granting of conservation and utility easements as rec{uired by City. 4. Legal opinion acceptable to City Attorney. 5. Delivery of performa.nce bond or irrevocable letter of credit in a •, form acceptable to the City Attorney. 6. Execution of all the necessary docwnents including the above documents by all parties with an interest in the praperty. Upon completion of all the provisions hereof and all provisions included in the docimients incorporated herein, a variance is hereby granted for Lots �� and 3 of the Farview plat since said lots do not meet the minimim� lot width,� they do hav�e the necessary lot area. This resolution will expire on January 20, 1977, if the aforesaid subdivision plat has not been filed with the Hennepin Coimty Recorder's Office. In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orano for subdivisian approval.
