• <br /> RESOLUTION # 715 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1977 <br /> TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 1977 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br /> County of Hennepin, Minnesota, that the following sums of money <br /> be levied for the current year, collectible in 1977 upon taxable <br /> property in the City of Orono, for the following purpose: <br /> For All Funds including P.E.R.A $514 , 840.00 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Debt Redemption <br /> Fund Levy of $34 ,000 for 1977 adopted September 4, 1963 by <br /> Resolution #23 is unnecessary and is ordered cancelled. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Improvement Debt <br /> Redemption Fund Levy of $2 ,100 for 1977 adopted October 9 , 1972 <br /> by Resolution #465 is necessary and should be collected. <br /> � BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Improvement Debt <br /> Redemption Fund Levy of $20,700 for 1977 adopted by Resolution #556 <br /> on September 10 , 1974 is necessary and should be collected. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Improvement Debt <br /> Redemption Fund Levy of $91,400 for 1977 adopted by Resolution #552 <br /> on August 27, 1974 is unnecessary and is ordered cancelled. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a Special Levy of $2 ,200 is <br /> necessary and should be collected inasmuch as this amount was not <br /> levied in the year 1974 due to the County Auditor' s error of <br /> ommission regarding Resolution #515 dated October 9, 1973. <br /> The City Clerk-Administrator is hereby instructed to <br /> transmit a certified copy of the resolution to the County Auditor <br /> of Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a <br /> regular meeting held September 27 , 1976. <br /> �' ����'� �. <br /> obert L.
