� <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 710 <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE <br /> FOR PROPERTY AT 3580 NORTH SHORE DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS , Frank Slawson has applied for variances to 1ot. <br /> area and lot width for an addition to a residence on a substand- <br /> ard lot located at 3580 North Shore Drive, and - <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council and Planning Commission have <br /> r�viewed the application, <br /> � NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> l. That the applicatzon for the variance for lot area <br /> . and lot width be denied. <br /> � 2. That the proposed addition would result in extremely <br /> dense conditions of twelve feet between the main structures on <br /> both sides of the subject residence. <br /> 3. That part of the proposed addition would be built within <br /> � the 75 foot lakeshore setback restriction of the Orono ordinances <br /> resulting in additional non-filtered storm water runoff into Lake <br /> Minnetonka. ' � <br /> 4. That there is no unique hardship to justify a granting <br /> of a variance. <br /> The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council <br /> of the City of� Orono by a vote of three ayes and 0 nays on <br /> .
