Resolution No. 703 <br /> • RES��)LUTI;)N REVISING ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> FOR (set forth name of project) - � <br /> ADOPTED <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the assessment roll for <br /> adopted by the council of the City of Orono <br /> on , 1976, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> 1. The assessment of plat 42280, parcel 8000, levy 5382, <br /> is hereby reduced by waiving the unpaid balance of the sewer unit <br /> charge on Lot 19 with the remaining balance of $816.45. <br /> Z. This reduction is on the basis that the applicant <br /> combine two separate substandard parcels consisting of less <br /> than one-fifth acreage each into one lot or one building site. <br /> 3. Applicant agrees that in �rder to induce the city <br /> to reduce the assessment by waiving the unpaid balance of the <br /> unit charge on Lot 16, applicant agrees that he will pay the <br /> remainder of the assessments on both properties pursuant to <br /> • the adopted assessment roll and to waive any rights, if any, <br /> against the city for any previously paid assessment. <br /> Adopted this 9 day of August, 1976, by a vote of 4 <br /> ayes and � nays. <br /> p <br /> obert L.
