Agenda <br />Planning Commission Meeting <br />Tuesday, June 20, 2023, 6:00 P.M. <br />Orono Council Chambers, 2780 Kelley Parkway, Orono, MN 55356 <br />952-249-4600 / www.oronomn.gov <br />Audience Members: <br />Information regarding each of the Agenda items is available on the City website (www.oronomn.gov) under Agendas <br />Minutes & Videos and in the Public Packet — located in the lobby near the entrance. <br />Applicants will be asked to move to the lectern to answer questions after staff presents the application. <br />The Planning Commission is an advisory body to the City Council. If action is taken on any items on this agenda, they <br />will be scheduled for an upcoming City Council meeting. A quorum of the City Council may be in attendance of a <br />Planning Commission meeting to hear comments made, though no action or deliberation of the Council will occur. <br />Council Representative: Mayor Dennis Walsh <br />Pledge of Allegiance <br />Oath Of Office: Ted Schultze <br />Approval of Agenda <br />Approval of Minutes: May 15, 2023 <br />Public Hearings: <br />1. LA22-000064 Lebrisia Iversen, 4448 North Shore Drive, requests variances for average lakeshore setback, <br />75' lakeshore setback, hardcover to exceed 25%, hardcover within the 75 -foot setback and <br />side yard setback. (Staff: Natalie Nye) <br />2. LA23-000022 Michael Clark, 565 Leaf Street, requests a variance for the placement of a new accessory <br />building streetward of the principal building. (Staff: Natalie Nye) <br />3. LA23-000023 Bob Renaud with Minnesota Green, 1856 Shadywood Road, requests a 75' lake setback <br />variance. (Staff: Natalie Nye) <br />4. LA23-000024 Sarah & Kevin Revering, 1960 Fox Ridge Road, request a front yard setback variance for an <br />addition. (Staff: Melanie Curtis) <br />5. LA23-000025 Revision LLC, 165 Cristofori Circle, requests variances to permit an oversized accessory <br />building on the property streetward of the principal building. LA23-000028 Loren and Julia Parks, 350 Crestview Avenue, requests lot area, front yard setback, side yard <br />setback, rear yard setback, and 75 -foot creek setback variances, as well as a variance for <br />hardcover within the 75 -foot creek setback in order to redevelop the property.
