The old existing <br />dock shall remain, the other dock must be removed, Orono Zoning <br />Code 31.310. <br />Also dock slips shall not be rented out and boats stored at docks <br />or on the property must be registered to the owner/occupant of the <br />property, LMCD 3.02 Subdivision. <br />Corrections to the above violations must be completed within ten <br />days (June 26, 1983) or citations will be issued and the matter <br />turned over to the City Attorney, <br />Sincerely, <br />1 4 <br />Tom Jacobs <br />Building Official <br />cc: Walter R.
