VILLAGE OF ORONO <br />Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission, <br />October 15, 1974 <br />The Planning Commission met on the above date <br />with the following members present: Cha rman <br />Guthrie, Curtis, Elliott, Gasch, Kallest:d, <br />Pesek, and Van Nest. Absent: Hake and <br />Kullberq. Councilman Paurus also present. <br />Curtis moved, Pesek seconded, that the Minutes <br />of the Regular Keeting of September 16, 1974, <br />be approved. Motion, Ayes (7) - Nays (0). <br />This variance for Donald Ekeberg, Lot 4, Loma <br />Linda, 1056 Loma Linda Avenue, was approved as <br />a buildable lot by Village Council action in <br />1969. Some discussion was held on placing a <br />statute of limitations on variances in the new <br />code using a six month to one year period as a <br />guideline. Since this is a lot of record and <br />in single separate ownership, sewer is available <br />and many other lots of the same size exist in <br />the area, <br />Curtis moved, Elliott seconded, to recommend <br />approval.
