The application was table with direction given to the applicant's representative. The <br />applicant has submitted a new site plan with those changes. The applicant has met all the <br />conditions. The variances are listed below and the new changes are new proposed. An <br />additional variance for side yard setback is required. <br />Planning Commission directions for the new residence: <br />1. Be 13 ’ from street property line. <br />2.
