cm OF ORCNO <br />#Regular Meeting of the Planning Ccnmission, <br />February 18, 1975. <br />The Planning Condssion met on the above date with the <br />following nenbers present: Chairman Guthrie, Van Nest <br />(arriving at 8:00 p.m.) Curtis, Kallestad, Pesek, Hake, <br />Woolley, Hannah, McDonald, Dunlap. Absent: Gas^ <br />Hake moved, Woolley seconded approval of the Minutes' <br />of the January 20, 1975 meeting. Motion Ayes (9), <br />Nay (0). <br />Lou Qbexhauser presented a request for lnc:ressing the <br />density of Herrick Circle property north of Wayzata <br />Comtry Club for a residential de^lopaient of units in the <br />range of $150,000.00. <br />r ^ <br />Kallestad moved, Hannah seconded to convey to Council <br />that it is the belief of the Planning Coamission that <br />a project such as outlined for Herrick Circle by letter <br />of January 14, 1975, would not be inconsistent with long <br />range goals of the Con9>rehensive Land Use Plan provided <br />sanitary sewer would be provided without cost to <br />Orono and the specifics of any proposal would conqply <br />with all requirements of the Zoning Code. Motion, Aye (! 'Nay (0) <br />Van Nest moved, Pesek seconded reccmnendation to Council <br />to grant a legal non*conf6rming conditional use permit <br />to the Stubbs Bay Marina for the sale of soiq> and sand* <br />wiehes, not to include full course meals. Sandwiches <br />defined as food which is eaten with the aid of fingers <br />only, without the use of utensils «id typically served <br />at a drive-in food service establishment. The Planning <br />Commission recoanmnds that no other special conditicms <br />be incorporated with this conditional use permit. <br />Motion, Ayes (10), Nay (0). <br />Planning Coamission was informed that applicant was in <br />the office earlier today for instruction on procedures. <br />Ikmlap moved, CXirtis seconded that recpiest be tabled as <br />property survey showing location of existing cottage and <br />history of property ownership has not yet been submitted <br />by applicant.
